Dr. Lo grew up here in Southern California. He attended UCLA for his undergraduate studies, and continued his postgraduate education at the Southern California College of Optometry where he obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1992.

In his first 5 years as an optometrist he gained much experience in the field by working in the field by working in several private practices and medical clinics. He also took one day a week to instruct at one of the Optometry Colleges satellite clinics where optometry students learn their clinical skills.

In 1997, Dr. Lo was given the opportunity to practice inside Costco Wholesale in Azusa. For a while he juggled a private practice in the City of Industry (where he was a partner) and Costco. As his Costco office grew very busy, he became full time there at the end of 1998. Since then his practice has been thriving with a strong growing patient base.

Dr. Lo lives in Glendora with his wife and two daughters. He spends his free time on his bicycle and working out at the local gym (where many patients often spot him).
